YOUR MAIN FUNCTIONS WILL BE:

  • Searching for potential leads and approaching them through phone, email and LinkedIn
  • Performing qualification calls and booking meetings for Sales Managers
  • Managing your activities in CRM
  • Learning and helping to improve our sales process
  • Presenting and promoting the company in Lithuanian market
  • Gathering feedback from the market and working together with the team to utilize it in a best way

Requirements

WE EXPECT YOU HAVE:

  • Ambition to build a career in sales
  • Good communication skills and ability to easily establish relationships
  • Self-starter, goal-oriented and positive attitude
  • Desire to learn, attention to detail and ownership of your performance
  • Experience in active or telephone sales would be an advantage
