YOUR MAIN FUNCTIONS WILL BE:
- Searching for potential leads and approaching them through phone, email and LinkedIn
- Performing qualification calls and booking meetings for Sales Managers
- Managing your activities in CRM
- Learning and helping to improve our sales process
- Presenting and promoting the company in Lithuanian market
- Gathering feedback from the market and working together with the team to utilize it in a best way
Requirements
WE EXPECT YOU HAVE:
- Ambition to build a career in sales
- Good communication skills and ability to easily establish relationships
- Self-starter, goal-oriented and positive attitude
- Desire to learn, attention to detail and ownership of your performance
- Experience in active or telephone sales would be an advantage
