YOUR MAIN FUNCTIONS WILL BE:

Develops and maintains group brand strategy, structures key campaigns, measures performance;
Maintains brand identity, runs key campaigns, measures brand performance, aligns brand strategy with marketing goals;
Analyze brand positioning and consumer insights;
Establish performance specifications, cost and price parameters, market applications and sales estimates;
Oversee new and ongoing marketing and advertising activities;
Implements and manages marketing campaigns targeted towards businesses, measures campaign effectiveness, builds relationships with business clients, works closely with sales teams, runs account-based marketing efforts;
Creates and updates marketing content, aligns content with product and brand messaging;
Manages marketing budget, measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns and other related KPI;
Work closely with countries marketing managers in all marketing projects.

WE EXPECT YOU HAVE:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field;
At least 3 years work experience in the position as Brand Manager (experience in international company would be an advantage);
Ability to develop brand and marketing strategies and communicate recommendations to executives;
Strong analytical skills partnered with a creative mind;
Strong communication, ownership and project management skills and experience;
Up-to-date with latest trends and marketing best practices;
Be responsible, proactive, creative, able to work in dynamic, fast evolving environment with a positive “can – do” attitude;
Fluent English and Lithuanian language knowledge.
