YOUR MAIN FUNCTIONS WILL BE:

  • Acquiring new big and medium accounts through both outbound and inbound leads;
  • Preparing commercial offers and leading the negotiation process;
  • Ensuring clients’ needs are met, helping them to overcome current and potential challenges;
  • Visiting the clients in the Lithuanian market, building long-term relationships, and assuring excellent client experience;
  • Maintaining consistent feedback from the market regarding the versatility, quality, and reputation of Venipak services;
  • Cooperating with other departments to achieve positive business outcomes.

WE EXPECT YOU HAVE:

  • 3+ years of experience in active B2B sales (at least 1+ year as Sales Manager);
  • Excellent listening, communication, and negotiation skills;
  • Result-driven and positive mindset;
  • Excellent Lithuanian and good English language skills;
  • Driving license and the possibility to use a personal car.

Salary

From 2500 €/mon. gross
Gross salary starting from 2500 EUR/month plus attractive bonus system. Keep in mind that we are open to discussing a different salary based on your skills and competencies.
