YOUR MAIN FUNCTIONS WILL BE:

  • Preparing contracts and entering data into the internal Venipak system;
  • Preparing recurring and unique reports for clients;
  • Preparing invoices for the clients;
  • Analyzing done deliveries data and making necessary corrections;
  • Solving issues and answering questions related to deliveries;
  • Analyzing data, process, and repetitive tasks, suggesting possible improvement;
  • Other tasks related to assisting the sales team.

WE EXPECT YOU HAVE:

  • Attention to details;
  • Logical thinking and passion to simplify and improve processes;
  • Excellent MS Office skills;
  • Advanced skills working with MS Excel;
  • Ability to work individually and in the team;
  • Excellent Lithuanian language skills;
  • English language skills (would be an advantage).
