As a Digital Media Buyer, you’ll be a key player in achieving revenue targets through data-driven and conversion-focused marketing programs. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you’ll assist in leading strategic campaigns to attract, engage, and convert target account segments, emphasizing conversion optimization. You’ll be responsible for the end-to-end execution of Paid Social, Search, and Display programs, the digital media buyer will delve into buyer personas, optimize campaigns, and enhance landing pages for maximum impact.
With a focus on continuous improvement, you will perform A/B tests, and stay ahead of industry trends, contributing to growth through innovative digital strategies.

Responsibilities:

  • Craft and implement digital media buying strategies for global D2C brands.
  • Develop, refine, and manage multi-tactic campaigns across Meta, Youtube, Google and, Tik Tok with an established budget and business objectives.
  • Drive paid customer acquisition campaigns and enhance them through ad copy and landing page optimization, bidding strategies, and targeting.
  • Extract actionable business insights from data analysis.
  • Continuously refine purchased media via A/B testing and targeted approaches.
  • Collaborate with Creative Content and Product teams to develop and launch ad campaigns and identify growth and scale opportunities.

Requirements :

  • Experience in performance marketing for e-commerce, especially D2C.
  • Analytical and creative thinker with problem-solving skills.
  • Expertise in Google web and conversion tracking, understanding attribution.
  • Fluent in English, with experience guiding design teams and creating landing pages.
  • Over 2 years of media buying on Native/Facebook/Google ads, managing large budgets.
  • Skilled in campaign optimization using data analytics and creating compelling ad creatives.
  • Knowledge/experience with the data analytics software space a plus.
  • Passionate about digital advertising and e-commerce, with a bachelor’s degree in marketing or related fields preferred.
