YOUR MAIN FUNCTIONS WILL BE:

  • Operate as a primary point of contact for the company‘s biggest clients stakeholders;
  • Define and execute strategies and plans for Lithuanian clients to grow business and reach set objectives;
  • Develop business relationships with VIP clients and build mutual business plans;
  • Proactively visit clients in the Lithuanian market, consult them, and sell additional services;
  • Initiate and lead mutual marketing campaigns with clients;
  • Prepare sales forecasts and analyze revenue results.

WE EXPECT YOU HAVE:

  • 3+ years of experience in B2B sales (at least 2+ years as Key Account Manager);
  • Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills;
  • Strong planning, organizational and analytical skills;
  • Proactive and positive attitude;
  • Experience in using MS Office at professional level;
  • Excellent Lithuanian and good English language skills;
  • Ability to learn fast and adjust to fast-paced environment;
  • Driving license and the possibility to use a personal car.

Salary

From 3000 €/mon. gross
Gross salary starting from 3000 EUR/month plus attractive bonus system. Keep in mind that we are open to discussing a different salary based on your skills and competencies.
