What you will do:

At Venipak Commerce, we leverage the power of eCommerce to drive innovation and deliver exceptional private label products to our customers. We are at the forefront of online retail and wholesale and we are looking for a Market Research Analyst to enhance our Product Development team.
As a Market Research Analyst in our eCommerce development team, you will play a crucial role in shaping our private label offerings by providing actionable insights from data. You will work closely with the Product Development Manager and Sourcing Manager to optimize product strategies and sourcing decisions.

  • Perform detailed analysis on product trends, customer behaviors, and market dynamics to inform product development and sourcing strategies.
  • Collaborate with the Product Development team to understand business needs and translate them into data-driven solutions.
  • Establish KPIs and streamline reporting processes and simplify reporting visualization to enhance understanding of business performance.
  • Gather and compile data from internal and external sources, ensuring its accuracy and completeness.
  • Identify additional possible external data sources to support analysis efforts.
  • Develop and manage databases and data systems necessary for tracking the performance of private label products.
  • Create visual representations, such as charts, graphs, and dashboards, to present data findings in a clear and concise manner, facilitating understanding and decision-making.
  • Prepare reports and presentations summarizing data analysis results, highlighting key findings, and providing actionable recommendations.
  • Create, develop and analyze business cases to guide strategic decisions and investment opportunities.
  • Work closely with teams across the organization to understand their data needs, address specific business questions, and provide data-driven insights to support decision-making processes.

What do we expect from you:

  • 3+ years of experience in Market Research Analysis or a related role in a e-commerce or digital marketing environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Management, Statistics or a related field.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent knowledge consumer behavior, problem solving and project management skills;
  • Proficiency in analytical tools such as SQL, Excell, PowerBI.
  • Excellent communication skills for conveying findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Proven problem-solving abilities to tackle data challenges and drive innovative solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality in all aspects of data analysis and reporting.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Fluent in English, with outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
