YOUR MAIN FUNCTIONS WILL BE:
- Acquiring new big and medium accounts through both outbound and inbound leads;
- Preparing commercial offers and leading the negotiation process;
- Ensuring clients’ needs are met, helping them to overcome current and potential challenges;
- Visiting the clients in the Lithuanian market, building long-term relationships, and assuring excellent client experience;
- Maintaining consistent feedback from the market regarding the versatility, quality, and reputation of Venipak services;
- Cooperating with other departments to achieve positive business outcomes.
WE EXPECT YOU HAVE:
- 3+ years of experience in active B2B sales (at least 1+ year as Sales Manager);
- Excellent listening, communication, and negotiation skills;
- Result-driven and positive mindset;
- Excellent Lithuanian and good English language skills;
- Driving license and the possibility to use a personal car.

Salary
From 2500 €/mon. gross
Gross salary starting from 2500 EUR/month plus attractive bonus system. Keep in mind that we are open to discussing a different salary based on your skills and competencies.
