YOUR MAIN FUNCTIONS WILL BE:

  • Acquiring new big and medium accounts through both outbound and inbound leads
  • Preparing commercial offers and leading the negotiation process
  • Ensuring clients needs are met, helping them to overcome current and potential challenges
  • Building long-term relationships with clients and assuring excellent client experience
  • Visiting the clients in Lithuanian market and developing long-term relationships
  • Maintaining consistent feedback from the market regarding versatility, quality and reputation of Venipak services
  • Cooperating with other departments to achieve positive business outcomes

Requirements

WE EXPECT YOU HAVE:

  • Previous experience in active B2B sales
  • Excellent listening, communication and negotiation skills
  • Result-driven and positive mindset
  • Excellent Lithuanian and good English language skills
  • Driving license and a possibility to use a personal car
