YOUR MAIN FUNCTIONS WILL BE:
- Acquiring new big and medium accounts through both outbound and inbound leads
- Preparing commercial offers and leading the negotiation process
- Ensuring clients needs are met, helping them to overcome current and potential challenges
- Building long-term relationships with clients and assuring excellent client experience
- Visiting the clients in Lithuanian market and developing long-term relationships
- Maintaining consistent feedback from the market regarding versatility, quality and reputation of Venipak services
- Cooperating with other departments to achieve positive business outcomes
Requirements
WE EXPECT YOU HAVE:
- Previous experience in active B2B sales
- Excellent listening, communication and negotiation skills
- Result-driven and positive mindset
- Excellent Lithuanian and good English language skills
- Driving license and a possibility to use a personal car
