Essential functions

• Establishing, leading, and maintaining distributed team
• Leading and managing internal and external stakeholders
• Understanding contract requirements for managing vendor and partners relationships
• Identifying, managing and monitoring risks
• Managing scope through change control
• Deliver on time, budget and agreed scope
• Motivating team, being the role model for your colleagues
• Enjoying challenges in everyday work

Skill & traits

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in related field
• A proven track record of successfully implementing software development or IT infrastructure projects
• Solid understanding of both Agile and traditional project management principles and practices
• Great verbal and written communication and time management skills
• Fluency in Lithuanian and English (spoken and written) skills
• Sense of ownership
