Essential functions
- Increasing brand awareness and market share
- Developing and managing country marketing budget
- Implementing country social media and digital advertising strategy
- Overseeing branding, advertising, and implementing key local campaigns – from concept to completion
- Coordinating employer branding strategy implementation in country level, ecommerce promotions
- Collaborating with local sales team, country manager
- Managing external agencies and vendors
- Preparing and presenting quarterly and annual reports to senior management
- Promoting our brand at trade shows, exhibitions and major industry-related events
Skill & traits
- At least 3 years` experience as a Marketing Manager, Marketing Project Manager or similar lead position
- Higher education in marketing, finance, business administration, or similar
- Knowledge of marketing strategies, channels, and branding
- Leadership, communication, and collaboration abilities
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Time management and organizational abilities
- Proactive approach to working with in-house marketing team
- Fluent in English and Latvian
