In order to stay in touch with users of the App, customers, and other people who are interested in services, Venipak (“We”) will, from time to time, send marketing messages with relevant information about the latest news on the services and/or products We represent, including such things as events.
By giving this consent to the use of your personal data for direct marketing, you (the User),confirm that:
a) By using this App, you agree that Venipak may use your personal data, i.e. first name, surname, telephone number, email address and other data (if provided) for direct marketing purposes.
b) Direct marketing involves providing promotional offers, updates, newsletters, event invitations and other personalised content based on your (the User’s) interests and preferences. We ensure that any personal information is treated with the utmost care, and in accordance with applicable data protection laws. We may share your data with trusted partners and service providers who help us deliver targeted marketing messages.
c) The User has been informed that Venipak may transfer the User’s personal data processed for the purpose of direct marketing to data processors who provide Venipak with direct marketing services and process data on behalf of Venipak.
d) To be able to continue to use the App and receive Venipak direct marketing initiatives, you are required to tick the consent box during registration. Please note that if you choose not to give your consent, it will still be possible to use the App, but you will not receive personalised promotional offers and other content.
e) The User is aware that they have the right to object, without justification, to the processing of their personal data for direct marketing purposes, including profiling, insofar as it relates to direct marketing, unless the processing is carried out for a legitimate interest of Venipak or of the third party to which the personal data is submitted, and unless the User’s interests override.
f) The User is aware of their rights as a data subject, i.e. to know (be informed) at any time, about the processing of personal data, to have access to their personal data and how it is processed, upon presentation to Venipak of an identity document, having the right to require Venipak to correct or destroy personal data or to suspend the processing of personal data with the exception of data storage, only where the processing is carried out in breach of the provisions of legislation, to demand that the processed personal data, if processed by automated means, shall be transferred by the data controller (Venipak, another data controller or to the User), if technically feasible, to request information from Venipak about the processing of your personal data, and to contact Venipak at any time if you believe that Venipak has violated your rights, and to lodge a complaint regarding the processing of personal data with the State Data Protection Inspectorate.
g) If you have any questions or concerns regarding the use of your data or our Privacy Policy, please do not hesitate to contact us at Venipak using the contact details set out in our Privacy Policy.
h) For the purpose of sending direct marketing, Venipak will process personal data for 5 (five) years from the date of the consent or until the end of the relationship between Venipak and the client.
This consent is freely given and is confirmed when the User logs into the App, by ticking the box next to the text: “I agree that my data will be used for direct marketing purposes.” By ticking the box, you confirm that you have read and understood this statement, and that you agree to the processing of your data for direct marketing purposes as described above.
