“For two years we have observed about 50% growth in our online store and 100% growth in salons,” explains Balmain Hair representative Hardy Rasmann. “Retail has been stable with around 20% growth. This year we also expanded physical shops and salons, and today online is slightly bigger – though all three channels remain equally important.”
