International parcel delivery company “Venipak Latvia” has become a member of the Latvian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (LCCI), Latvia’s largest business association, in order to promote the company’s representation and make a significant contribution to strengthen the industry and the Latvian economy.
The company appreciates the opportunities provided by the LCCI, including attendance at various free seminars for employees, participation in events, information flow, notifications of amendments in the legislation relevant to the sector, etc. “We want to be part of the growing business community, so we decided to join the leading non-governmental organisation in Latvia. I am convinced that both sides will benefit, as we will be informed in a timely manner about the main processes in the country, while our expertise and proposals will help to promote the development of the sector and the Latvian economy as a whole.”
The LCCI offers a wide range of services to help businesses develop and network with each other to find business partners throughout Latvia.
The LCCI is the largest Latvian business association, bringing together approximately 6000 micro, small, medium and large enterprises from all regions and economic sectors of Latvia (~2 700 direct members and ~3 300 members from industry and regional business associations). The annual turnover of LCCI’s individual member companies exceeds EUR 17 billion. More than 90% of members are private enterprises, while by size most members have 6-50 employees.
