Venipak is looking for a strategic leader in top level position to develop and manage sales strategy in our group.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute the company’s revenue strategy, including sales, revenue, channel sales, business development and customer success initiatives, to achieve revenue goals and drive business growth.
  • Oversee the implementation of new sales strategies to improve results.
  • Define and implement sales processes, methodologies, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive sales effectiveness and productivity. Partner with cross-functional teams to streamline sales processes and efficiency.
  • Seek out new business opportunities and market segments to expand the company’s customer base and revenue streams. Analyze sales data, monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and customer insights to inform revenue strategies and drive competitive advantage.
  • Foster a customer-centric approach throughout the organization, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, retention, and up-sell opportunities. Develop customer success programs and initiatives to drive product adoption and customer loyalty and retention.
  • Track the company‘s progress towards sales goals and identify successful ones.
  • Create sales forecasts based on current market conditions and customer demand.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, regulations, and emerging technologies to drive innovation.
  • Identify market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs globally.
  • Establish pricing policies to ensure that customers are getting fair value for their money.
  • Provide leadership for the company’s sales department by setting goals and creating plans to achieve them.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and customer-centricity within the commerce team.

 

What do we expect from you:

  • Bachelor education in business management, sales or relevant field.
  • Proven working experience as sales executive or in a relevant top management role (C level position).
  • International working experience and/or experience in logistics, last mile sector, would be an advantage.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets in global environment.
  • 7+ years in leadership roles, building and owning the global sales team.
  • Experience building and managing high-performing teams, with high velocity and talent density.
  • Strategic leader with a highly analytical and data-driven mindset.
  • Ability to think both strategically and tactically, and to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Solid project management skills with successful track record of aligning business objectives with revenue generation initiatives.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
  • Proficiency in working with MS Office package and CRM software.
