YOUR MAIN FUNCTIONS WILL BE:
  • Operate as primary point of contact for company‘s biggest clients stakeholders.
  • Develop and implement strategies and action plans for international clients to grow the business and achieve set objectives
  • Develop business relationships with VIP clients and build mutual business plans.
  • Conduct in-person and online meetings with clients, provide consultations, and offer additional services.
  • Initiate and lead mutual marketing campaigns with clients.
  • Prepare sales forecasts and analyze revenue results.
WE EXPECT YOU HAVE:
  • 5+ years of experience in B2B sales (at least 2+ years as a Key Account Manager), with proven experience in the logistics or transportation industry.
  • Experienced in working with international business.
  • Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
  • Strong planning, organizational and analytical skills.
  • Proactive and positive attitude.
  • Experience in using MS Office at professional level.
  • Excellent Lithuanian and English language skills; Russian language would be an advantage.
  • Ability to learn fast and adjust to fast-pace environment.
  • Driving license and a possibility to use a personal car.
