YOUR MAIN FUNCTIONS WILL BE:
- Acquiring new big and medium accounts through both outbound and inbound leads.
- Preparing commercial offers and leading the negotiation process.
- Ensuring clients’ needs are met, helping them to overcome current and potential challenges.
- Visiting the clients in Lithuanian market, building long-term relationships and assuring excellent client experience.
- Maintaining consistent feedback from the market regarding versatility, quality and reputation of Venipak services.
- Cooperating with other departments to achieve positive business outcomes.
WE EXPECT YOU HAVE:
- 3+ years of experience in active B2B sales as Business Developer/Sales Manager.
- 1+ year of experience in logistics.
- Excellent listening, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Result-driven and positive mindset.
- Excellent Lithuanian and good English language skills.
- Driving license and a possibility to use a personal car.
