YOUR MAIN FUNCTIONS WILL BE:
- Operate as primary point of contact for company‘s biggest clients stakeholders.
- Develop and implement strategies and action plans for international clients to grow the business and achieve set objectives
- Develop business relationships with VIP clients and build mutual business plans.
- Conduct in-person and online meetings with clients, provide consultations, and offer additional services.
- Initiate and lead mutual marketing campaigns with clients.
- Prepare sales forecasts and analyze revenue results.
WE EXPECT YOU HAVE:
- 5+ years of experience in B2B sales (at least 2+ years as a Key Account Manager), with proven experience in the logistics or transportation industry.
- Experienced in working with international business.
- Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Strong planning, organizational and analytical skills.
- Proactive and positive attitude.
- Experience in using MS Office at professional level.
- Excellent Lithuanian and English language skills; Russian language would be an advantage.
- Ability to learn fast and adjust to fast-pace environment.
- Driving license and a possibility to use a personal car.
