Operational Excellence Manager

• Analyze and improve last-mile delivery and sorting processes.
• Lead cross-functional continuous improvement projects to enhance delivery speed, accuracy, and cost-efficiency.
• Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for operational performance.
• Collaborate with Operations, IT, and Customer Service teams to implement process and technology improvements.
• Optimize route planning, fleet utilization, and driver performance through data analysis and process standardization.
• Conduct regular process audits and root cause analyses to identify and solve inefficiencies.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and operational discipline across the organization.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Transportation, Economics, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in an Operational Excellence or similar role in logistics, warehouse, or transport sectors (advantage).
• Proven ability to design, implement, and improve logistics processes.
• Solid experience with data analysis, KPI tracking, and ERP/warehouse management systems.
• Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and financial planning skills.
• Consistent record of meeting or exceeding performance goals.
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Very good command of English.
