PHP Developer

We are looking for a skilled PHP Developer to join our engineering team. You aren’t just a “coder”—you are a problem solver who takes pride in building scalable systems and maintaining high engineering standards. As a mid-level developer here, you’ll have the autonomy to own your features while being supported by a collaborative, tech-forward team

• Build & Scale: Write well-structured, testable, and documented PHP code that solves complex business logic and scales with our users.
• End-to-End Ownership: Move beyond just “tickets.” You’ll take ownership of tasks from the initial investigation through to implementation and final delivery.
• Collaborative Engineering: Work closely with the team to design reliable, maintainable architectures. You’ll be a key voice in code reviews and technical planning.
• Continuous Improvement: Troubleshoot bugs and optimize existing systems. You’ll play a vital role in automating processes and championing technical best practices.
• Mentorship: Lead by example. You’ll share your knowledge with the team and provide guidance to junior colleagues, helping our engineering culture grow.

• Experience: 2–4 years of professional experience with PHP in a production environment.
• Software Design: A strong grasp of OOP and SOLID principles, Design Patterns, and Clean Code practices.
• Data Expertise: Strong (My)SQL skills with the ability to optimize queries and manage larger datasets.
• Modern Tooling: Deep experience with the Symfony framework and writing automated tests with PHP Unit.
• Infrastructure & DevOps: Comfortable with Docker and version control via Git (PR workflows).
• Soft Skills: A strong sense of ownership, excellent time management, and the ability to work independently on medium-to-high complexity tasks.

• Experience navigating or building Microservices architectures.
• Familiarity with Laravel or a deep understanding of “Plain PHP” (under the hood).
• Frontend experience—specifically JavaScript or React.
• Experience with RabbitMQ, Redis for handling asynchronous tasks and caching.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines.
