Quality Assurance Engineer

• Collaborate with development team and other stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure they are met.
• Perform both manual and automated testing.
• Identify and document software defects and inconsistencies.
• Conduct regression, performance, and security testing to ensure that software updates and changes do not introduce new defects.
• Create, maintain, and provide QA documentation to support development and product teams.
• Continuously improve testing processes and contribute to QA strategies.

• 4+ years of experience as a Quality Assurance Engineer or in a similar role.
• Experience in backend testing, including REST API.
• Proficiency in using testing tools such as Postman or SoapUI and Swagger for API validation and troubleshooting.
• Ability to write and execute SQL queries to verify data integrity, perform backend validations, and support debugging.
• Familiarity with API authentication methods (OAuth, JWT, API keys) and experience working with API documentation.
• Understanding of service-oriented architectures, microservices, and integration testing.
• Strong analytical skills to identify issues, report bugs, and collaborate with developers to ensure high-quality backend functionality.
• Positive attitude, quality orientation, proactivity, reliability, strong organizational skills, and exceptional attention to detail.
• Knowledge of logistics or supply chain management is a plus.
