What we expect you to do as a System Support Engineer:
  • To take ownership of customer issues reported and see problems through to resolution.
  • Research, diagnose, troubleshoot and identify solutions to resolve customer issues reported.
  • Identify performance bottlenecks, shipment system software defects, identify solutions to these problems.
  • Advise clients on system integration issues.
  • Provide prompt and accurate feedback to customers.
  • Ensure proper recording and closure of all issues, prepare the timely resolution reports.
  • Follow the SLA for issues with respect to the severity.
  • Document knowledge in the form of knowledge base tech notes and articles.
Candidate requirements:
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in IT field.
  • Experience working within system support area .
  • Experience with MySQL, ability to read PHP, Javascript code.
  • Understanding of code versioning tools, experience with Linux, Docker.
  • Flexibility to adopt to fast changing business environment.
  • Fluency in Lithuanian and English languages (spoken and written) .
  • Great communication and time management skills.
  • Sense of ownership.
