Essential functions

  • Attracting local and international customers
  • Preparing commercial offers and leading the negotiation process
  • Ensuring clients needs are met, helping them to overcome current and potential challenges
  • Meeting with clients and building long-term relationships and assuring excellent client experience
  • Maintaining consistent feedback from the market regarding versatility, quality and reputation of Venipak services
  • Cooperating with other departments to achieve positive business outcomes


Skill & traits

  • 3+ years of experience in active B2B sales (at least 1+ year as Sales Manager)
  • Experience with international customers will be considered as an advantage
  • Excellent listening, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Result-driven and positive mindset
  • Excellent Latvian and fluent English language skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel)
  • Driving license and a possibility to use a personal car
