International parcel delivery service Venipak is growing faster than ever: turnover of company group in Baltic states in 1st quarter of 2021 has increased by 36%. Income of Venipak Eesti had the strongest growth in the Baltics, 42%.
Turnover of Venipak company group, working in Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia, has reached 11,54 M Eur. in 1st quarter of 2021 – a growth of 36% year on year.
The most substantial growth of income has been observed in Estonia (42%), income in Lithuania has grown by 38%, in Latvia — 31%.
“The most important factor of strong financial results was the growing trust of our clients in the quality of our services. Next day delivery, which is a standard of our service, and high level of user satisfaction had a huge impact on the number of private clients which has now doubled, compared to the number of clients before quarantine,” said Justas Šablinskas, Venipak CEO.
A year ago, the primary source of income for Venipak group was business-oriented service. But, with lockdowns that partially paralyzed various business activities in many countries, parcel service has introduced timely and effective strategy changes that allowed re-orienting parcel delivery to private users of e-commerce shops. The CEO of the company group expects that this sector will keep showing strong growth in the future.
“Strategic goal for current and next year is aggressive growth of services for private clients, but Venipak also expects a strong growth in business services,” said Šablinskas.
Venipak has expanded its service portfolio by two new services in April: e-commerce parcel returns and parcel delivery by air.
“We expect that parcel delivery by air will positively affect the international growth of Venipak group, which is active not only in Baltic states but also in Germany, USA, China, and Poland. We already offer regular transportation of parcels by air to and from Shanghai and Hong Kong and regular flights to Chicago and Miami are to be launched in the upcoming weeks,” Šablinskas stated.
