Knowing how busy the festive season can be, we make sure our deliveries go smoothly and quickly, and we always do our homework so that our customers don’t have to worry about late deliveries.

COD system in all parcel lockers in Lithuania and Estonia We are rapidly introducing the COD (cash on delivery) system, which allows you to pay for your purchases with a card at the time of parcel pick-up. This system has already been installed in 271 post offices in Lithuania and 151 post offices in Estonia. |

Mobile pick-up points Dropping off parcels from specially equipped pick-up points in major cities. We come to your area to hand over your parcels in person by our friendly couriers. |

Venipak Drive program To make the delivery process even more efficient and smoother, we’ve used the Venipak Drive program, which allows drivers who want to earn extra money to take care of the delivery. |

You can always see the opening hours of the parcel office and the Venipak team on public holidays on our website. The table below shows the main dates for the last week before Christmas, the dates on which parcels will be collected and delivered.

We encourage you to schedule your shipments as early as possible and hand them over for collection, as the earliest collected shipments are delivered first.
