Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy for commerce development aligned with business goals.
  • Evaluate and select appropriate technologies and tools to support the development and enhancement of commerce systems.
  • Ensure the successful planning, execution, and delivery of commerce development projects.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, regulations, and emerging technologies to drive innovation.
  • Identify market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Develop network, pricing strategy and service requirements in assigned regions.
  • Forecast and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and leverage data analytics to make informed decisions.
  • Establish the right processes for cross-functional partners to execute and optimize flawlessly and efficiently.
  • Uphold company standards of excellence and service, guaranteeing quality performance.
  • Build and manage strategic relationships with customers, vendors, distributors and other partners in newly developed business areas.
  • Define, build the business cases, and launch new experiences delivering against customer needs.
  • Lead, inspire and collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate commerce solutions seamlessly into overall business processes.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and customer-centricity within the commerce team.

What do we expect from you:

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 3+ years’ experience in commerce.
  • Proven experience in a leadership role overseeing e-commerce or digital commerce development.
  • Experience working directly in Amazon platform, Shopify and Google Analytics is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of relevant regulations and compliance standards in the e-commerce space is significant advantage.
  • Experience operating both strategically and tactically in a high-energy, fast-paced environment, and fast-growth companies.
  • Proven organizational and project management skills with a roll-up-your-sleeves and can-do attitude.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent strategic thinking and planning skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire cross-functional teams.
  • Broad knowledge of the world trading sector and trends is an advantage.
  • Fluent English’s skills.
  • Ability to travel for business purpose.
