Stickers for Convenient Parcel Return
To comfortably administrate the parcel return process, the new Venipak platform for e-commerce businesses will contain the statistics and accounts of the returned parcels. It will also show the amounts of the returned packages and the return methods chosen by customers.
The innovation proposed by Venipak to all e-commerce businesses is based on using unique parcel return stickers placed inside the delivered packages. Once placed on the parcel, they will help to identify any parcels ready to be returned. Venipak business clients will also be able to indicate the latest date of the return. If the return date is expired, the courier will scan the sticker and warn the client.
A sticker on the parcel allows customers to return the package in one of the pick-up points or via courier. Soon this service will also be available in Venipak parcel lockers. The parcel return can be proceeded in any way chosen by the client, regardless of the initial delivery method.
Returns via Courier
When the ordered product does not meet expectations, Venipak courier will help to return it to the sender at any time chosen. Before calling a courier, it is important to check whether there is a parcel return sticker in the delivered package.
To return a parcel via a courier, the client will need to:
- contact Venipak by phone 8 700 55221 and call a courier;
- place the return sticker on a parcel;
- hand the parcel to a courier.
Returns in Pick-up Points
Venipak pick-up points are located in strategically convenient areas—shops, service centers, etc. In total, there are 87 pick-up points in Lithuania. While parcels can be received in all of these points, 42 of them now offer the option to both send and return the parcels. Pick-up points are open not only throughout the week but also on weekends. Therefore, customers can send and receive parcels whenever it is the most convenient.
To return the parcel using a pick-up point, customers need to:
- place the Venipak parcel return sticker on the package;
- return it to one of the pick-up points;
- receive an automated confirmation email once the pick-up point employee registers the return.
Returns in Venipak Parcel Lockers
The innovation in 11 contactless Venipak parcel lockers is continuously upgraded; therefore, it will soon be possible to return parcels through the lockers as well. Since there is no need to enter a parcel code or to complete various actions beforehand, the lockers will provide an opportunity to return the parcels extremely quickly.
When customers wish to return the parcel using a parcel locker, they will need to:
- find the nearest Venipak parcel locker;
- place a new sticker with a “returns” symbol on the package;
- scan the sticker using parcel locker;
- once the parcel locker opens, put the parcel inside and close it.
