• Participate and lead hiring process for the engineering team.
• Leadengineering teams and providing technical guidance.
• Conduct performance reviews and facilitate team member’s professional development.
• Mentor and develop engineering talents.
• Lead organizational change initiatives to foster a high-performing engineering culture.
• Oversee the progress of engineering projects to ensure team meats quality and commitments.
• Collaborate with product management to align engineering work with product vision.
• Implement and improving engineering processes and standards.
• Define long-term architectural and technical vision in alignment with long term business goals.
• Drive the development of scalable systems and infrastructure to support company growth.
• Establish strategic partnerships and relationships with external technology providers and industry leaders.
• Advise the C-suite on technical opportunities and potential risks.

• 8+ years of experience in development (mobile, web, or desktop), including 3+ years in management&leadership roles.
• Experience managing a team of engineers fostering a culture of independent and self-driven teams.
• Proven expertise within development frameworks and processes domains.
• Strong technical expertise and hands-on experience in development, preferably in large-scale mobile or desktop products (iOS/Android native, C++/C#/Java/Scala).
