As we observe the growing number of parcels, we aim to ensure that all shipments reach their recipients on time. Therefore, we are temporarily shortening the storage period for parcels in “Venipak” parcel lockers and pick-up points.
Starting from October 29, 2024, parcels in “Venipak” parcel lockers and pick-up points will be stored for 3 calendar days.
As before, each recipient will be able to see the specific storage period of their parcel in the SMS and/or email, which contains all the related information.
