By the beginning of 2026, Venipak’s parcel locker network in Estonia had grown by 75% thanks to cooperation with uDrop. As of today, Venipak operates more than 280 parcel lockers in Estonia and over 1,000 across the Baltics, strengthening the company’s capacity to serve the rapidly growing e-commerce market even during peak seasons.
The expansion of the parcel locker network, the optimisation of logistics processes, and the introduction of smarter delivery routes enable Venipak to keep delivery times short even when e-commerce volumes temporarily surge.
“Customer expectations regarding delivery speed and flexibility remain consistently high. At the same time, we see a clear increase in demand for convenient parcel delivery solutions—people increasingly prefer parcel lockers that are accessible 24/7,” said Andrius Ladauskas, CEO of Venipak.
Investing up to €3 million
To meet consumer expectations, Venipak is investing up to €3 million in the Baltics in delivery automation, process optimisation, and the further expansion of its parcel locker network. The focus of these investments is on increasing sorting capacity and developing routing systems to ensure consistently fast delivery times regardless of the season.
In Estonia, rural areas have played an important role in the expansion of the parcel locker network. In cooperation with uDrop, Venipak has significantly improved access to parcel services outside major cities, thereby supporting the development of e-commerce across the country.
Renewal of the courier service network
In addition to the parcel locker network, Venipak has also invested in expanding logistics centres and warehouse space in Estonia and has partially renewed its courier service network. Modern route optimisation solutions help reduce inefficiencies, speed up deliveries, and ensure smooth service even as parcel volumes grow.
“E-commerce has become a natural part of everyday life, and expectations regarding delivery speed, convenience, and flexibility no longer depend on the season. Continuous investments in our network and technology allow us to offer customers a fast, predictable, and convenient delivery experience year-round, including during peak seasons,” added Ladauskas.
