Same-day delivery

Venipak same-day delivery – delivery of shipments up to 20 kg/0.06 m³ on the same business day in Vilnius and Kaunas.

Express delivery

At your request, the package will be delivered to the receiver on the next business day until the following time:

• 10.00 – guaranteed door-to-door next business day delivery before 10.00 to the following cities*.
• 12.00 – guaranteed door-to-door next business day delivery before 10.00 to the following cities**.
• Saturday. At your request, deliveries in Vilnius, Kaunas, Klaipėda, Šiauliai, Panevėžys, and Alytus on Saturday.

Return of the accompanying document

You can add an accompanying document (an invoice, deed of transfer) with your shipment and the courier will give it to the receiver to sign and will return it to you the next business day.

The service is provided in Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia.

Delivery to shopping centres

Deliveries to shopping centres and their central warehouses (Maxima, Rimi, Palink, Norfa, Senukai, Depo, etc.).

Proof of delivery (P.O.D.)

P.O.D. is a document that confirms delivery to the receiver.

We offer an opportunity to see the delivery status, time of delivery, name, surname and signature of the receiver. Search is available by the number of invoice, deed of transfer or other numbers.

P.O.D. document viewing:

1. Log-in at venipak.com/ee and enter the number of your package in the tracking box;
2. The software will provide the route of the package;
3. You can find a P.O.D. document by clicking the link in the P.O.D. section.

Collection on delivery (C.O.D.)

C.O.D. is collection of payment in cash or by card at the time of delivery:

• Once a week all collected C.O.D. amounts will be credited to your specified bank account.
• Reports on the C.O.D. amounts, numbers of packages and their receivers are available by longing in to REPORTS -> C.O.D. report.

The service is provided in Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia.

Return of containers

After the delivery of the goods, at your request, we will return the required containers (thermo bags or boxes, etc.) next business day.

Reports on shipments

Data on all shipments are saved in the system, so you can track and analyze your product flows by city, receiver, weight or other parameters. Reports show the real-time price of Venipak services you have already used.

Loading services

An additional physical service where the courier performs loading actions during shipment delivery or collection – carries the shipment to the specified place inside the recipient’s premises and/or unloads packages from a pallet.

Important: Loading services are a separate service and are not related to the 4 hands (carrying) service. Loading services are not intended for delivering heavy packages to the recipient’s door – this is covered by the 4 hands (carrying) service.

Loading services include:

• Carrying the shipment into the recipient’s premises to one specified location;
• Unloading packages from a pallet (de-palletizing).

The service applies when the shipment meets at least one of the following conditions:

• The shipment is non-palletized and weighs more than 250 kg or has a volume greater than 1 m³;
• The shipment is non-palletized and consists of more than 20 packages;
• A pallet shipment needs to be unloaded – the packages must be removed from the pallet.

Restrictions

• Maximum total shipment weight – 250 kg

These limits are mandatory. Loading services are not provided for shipments that do not meet these conditions. For shipments that do not meet the set requirements, Venipak reserves the right to apply a handling fee.

When the service is not provided

Loading services are not provided if there are physical obstacles at the delivery location that make the service technically impossible or unsafe:

• No access to the unloading point;
• The lift is unsuitable or out of service;
• Passageways or corridors are too narrow;
• High thresholds or other physical restrictions.

In such cases, the shipment is handed over to the recipient at the nearest safe unloading point.

The service is provided throughout Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania.

Venipak is not responsible for damage to the shipment during carrying if the recipient or sender helps carry the shipment together with the courier.

4 hands (carrying) service

An additional delivery service where a package is delivered to the recipient’s door with additional manpower or supporting equipment. The service is mandatory when the shipment contains at least one package weighing more than 30 kg in Estonia and Latvia or more than 25 kg in Lithuania.

If the package meets the weight threshold but the 4 hands (carrying) service has not been ordered, the shipment is handed over to the recipient at the courier’s vehicle, without delivery to the door. If the recipient refuses to collect the shipment at the vehicle, the returned shipment is charged for both the initial delivery service and the return service.

Estonia and Latvia:

• An additional service fee is mandatory when the shipment contains at least one package weighing more than 30 kg but less than 60 kg.
• If the shipment contains at least one package weighing more than 60 kg but less than 90 kg, a double fee applies.
• If the shipment contains at least one package weighing more than 90 kg, the service is not provided; the shipment is delivered to the address and handed over at the courier’s vehicle.

Lithuania:

• An additional service fee is mandatory when the shipment contains at least one package weighing more than 25 kg but less than 50 kg.
• If the shipment contains at least one package weighing more than 50 kg but less than 75 kg, a double fee applies.
• If the shipment contains at least one package weighing more than 75 kg, the service is not provided; the shipment is delivered to the address and handed over at the courier’s vehicle.

The service is provided throughout Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania.

IMPORTANT: Venipak is not responsible for damage to the shipment during carrying if the Recipient/Sender helps carry the shipment together with the courier.
