• Delivery of packages weighing more than 30 kg but not more than 100 kg to the recipient’s door with the assistance of two Venipak couriers.
• An additional service fee applies if there is at least one package in the shipment that weighs more than 30 kg but less than 80 kg.
• If there is at least one package in the shipment that weighs more than 80 kg but less than 100 kg, a double fee applies.

IMPORTANT: Venipak is not responsible for any damage to the shipment during carrying if the Recipient/Sender helps carry the shipment along with the courier.
