• You can only leave a pre-registered parcel at the locker on venipak.com (for those with a contract) or fast.venipak.com (for those without a contract).
• You can leave your parcel at the locker with or without a sticker.
• If you leave the parcel with a sticker:
  • Put the Venipak parcel sticker on the parcel when it is properly packed.
  • When you arrive at the locker, scan the QR code, select the correct size compartment, insert the parcel and close the door.
• If you leave the parcel without a sticker:
  • Handwrite the parcel number on the parcel when it is properly packed.
• When you arrive at the locker, scan the QR code or enter the shipping code you received by email if you registered your parcel at fast.venipak.com, select the correct size compartment, insert the parcel and close the door.

IMPORTANT: you can leave only one package in a locker compartment. The maximum package dimensions must not exceed 39.5 x 41 x 61 cm. Weight up to 25 kg in Lithuania, up to 30 kg in Latvia and Estonia.
