Shipment insurance

For shipments valued over 500 EUR, it is recommended to purchase additional shipping insurance, which ensures maximum compensation in the event of loss, damage, or theft of the shipment. Without additional insurance, the standard carrier liability applies, which we accept and strive to ensure that each shipment is delivered safely and on time.

Example:

If you are sending a shipment valued at 1,500 EUR, you can purchase shipping insurance with a coverage amount equal to the shipment’s value (1,500 EUR). By insuring the shipment, in the event of an unforeseen incident (e.g., the shipment being damaged irreparably by a forklift), the compensation would be up to 1,500 EUR, based on the provided documents proving the value of the item.

Shipping Insurance Covers:

  • Domestic shipments within the Baltic States;
  • Loss or theft of the shipment or part of it;
  • Damage to the shipment or part of it.

Shipping Insurance Does Not Cover:

  • Poorly packaged or palletized shipments;
  • Incorrectly labeled shipments;
  • Prohibited items for transport. You can find the list of prohibited items here.
