Delivery of non-palletized or palletized shipments, including carrying the packages to or from the specified location within the recipient’s home, office, or another designated place.

The total weight of the shipment cannot exceed 350 kg,  one package – 30 kg.

The service is charged if:

• shipment is not on a pallet and weighs more than 250 kg or has a volume of more than 1 m3;
• shipment is not on a pallet and consists of more than 20 individual packages;
• shipment is not on a pallet and must be delivered to the specified location – recipient’s home, office, etc.;
• shipment is on a pallet, and the courier needs to disassemble it and deliver it in separate packages.
• The service is provided in Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia.

IMPORTANT: Venipak is not liable for damages incurred to the package at the time when the Venipak courier carries it together with the receiver/sender.
